Here is a list of our frequently asked questions that players, parents, and coaches might have:

 

1. How do I register?

2. Are there activities for parents to attend?

A. Yes, we encourage parents to come attend any training session and see their children experience the natural soccer method. We also have exciting night games that the children play in during our overnight camp that parents can come watch and cheer!

3. What if my child has allergies, medical conditions or other special needs?

A. Make sure to fill out all relevant information on our Medical History Form and our Authorization to Administer Medication and Waiver Form and discuss any concerns with the camp instructor or camp nurse. The Amaral Soccer Academy welcomes children with special needs; please contact the camp director at 413-219-8715 to discuss. If a child is injured, first aid will be administered, and 911 will be called in an emergency.

4. Does the Amaral Soccer Camp provide lunch or snacks at day (Gateway & Holyoke) camps?

A. No. All day campers need to bring a lunch and drink each day. All campers should bring a water bottle for use throughout the day and a healthy snack for each camp they attend.

5. What if my child is sick or is unable to attend camp for another reason?

A. If your child misses a day, a phone call to 413-219-8715, is appreciated, we like to keep attendance of all the children each day. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for any missed days. Regular attendance is encouraged for all camps, as to fully experience the natural soccer training method and improve skills a child must attend all training sessions. All campers are expected to be respectful of each other, camp staff, and Amaral Soccer Academy equipment and facilities. The Amaral Soccer Academy will not issue refunds for a child dismissed from a program because of unacceptable behavior.
