Refund Policy
If you cancel your registration before June 1, for any reason, we will issue you a refund for all camp fees paid minus a 20% administration fee. The administration fee can be credited to the following year, or transferable to an immediate family member only.
If you cancel your registration between June 1st and 2 weeks prior to camp starting, for any reason, we will issue you a camp credit for all fees paid which can be used the following summer, or transferred to an immediate family member only.
Campers who cancel their registration 2 weeks prior to camp starting or after and for those who do not check-in or attend their registered camp session will not be issued a refund.
Campers who leave camp during their session will not be issued a refund.
