Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you cancel your registration before May 15th, for any reason, we will issue you a refund for all camp fees paid minus a 20% administration fee. The administration fee can be credited to the following year, or transferable to an immediate family member only.

If you cancel your registration before June 15th, for any reason, we will issue you a camp credit for all fees paid which can be used the following summer, or transferred to an immediate family member only.

Campers who cancel their registration after June 15th and for those who do not check-in or attend their registered camp session will not be issued a refund.

Campers who leave camp during their session will not be issued a refund.
